Far North + Makundhu<\/h1><\/div><\/div>\n\n

New on the schedule \u2013 the tour all the way to the far north of the Maldives combined with the almost never-dived Makunudhoo Atoll.<\/p>\n

We start in Mal\u00e9. With stops in Baa and Raa Atoll, sharks and plenty of fish are pretty much guaranteed. From Raa Atoll onwards, it gets exciting. We\u2019ve already discovered some great sites in Makundhu Atoll and are sure we\u2019ll find many more great spots there.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s not just that we\u2019ll be diving completely on our own there \u2013 the journey there and back also feels like a real safari again. We\u2019re looking forward to visiting thilas we haven\u2019t dived in a long time.<\/p>\n

Not only will we visit manta cleaning stations in Raa Atoll, we\u2019ll also often snorkel with mantas. The tour is regularly run together with Manta Trust.<\/p>\n

From Baa and Raa Atoll onwards, the chances of sharks, large schools of fish and pelagic encounters are very good.<\/p>\n

Yes. We visit manta cleaning stations and, depending on conditions, also snorkel with mantas.<\/p>\n

Especially in the north and in Makundhu Atoll, you often see significantly fewer boats than on classic central routes.<\/p>\n
